lightning for outlook unexpected error

This tends to happen on one persons computer more than others and I cannot seem to find a reason or explination. Anyone getting this error in Lightning for Outlook frequently?

Outlook is up to date and Lightning for Outlook was updated last weekend.

Any ideas on a fix?

Our users are experiencing this issue as well (as written in the original post, some users more frequently than others), and we can't really find out why.
