We've been using the Multi-Select Picklists in lightning for the last few releases, and we have some values with classifications for fairly long titles, which are now cut off with the new dual box selection. Even after changing to a Single Column on the Page Layout, or adding the fields to a global action, the field does not expand to use the whole page width.
Is there a way to force these fields to take up the whole width, so we can read the full value? Otherwise is there any way to create a lightning component like the ones in the links below using the standard Mutli-Select Picklist for your values (all the guides i've seen seem to rely on static values in code or a custom object)?

Just to clarify, I intentionally, covered the available values in the text boxes for privacy, but you can still see the trailing "..." from where the values get cut off
