- I updated to the latest version - 39.0.0
- I even get to the Allow access page, so the login is successful
But a save success file prompt keeps coming up. Even after save, the "Allow" box hangs and next step doesn't occur.

So, this is weird, but other threads suggest that try logging in using Password + Security Token in Data Loader. This seems so outdated, but cant help wonder if that's actually what's needed in your case too. Do let me know if you are able to resolve the issue!
