email address but only one works when a customer replies to the email. it will shown in the activity history, other will be recived on email but wont show on salesforce.

 

email1@company - recieve emails on outlook, shows email by customers on salesforce

 

email2@company - recieve emails on outlook, but doesnt show reply email by customers on salesforce

    And is your email address verified in Salesforce? Until you get it verified, it won't work. Please check.
