Two days ago I created a private group with customers and I invited some people to join to this group.
Some of them manage to do that, but 5 weren't able to log in. They received the invitation, filled in some standard information (first name, last name, a security question), but upon pressing the button "create account" they received the following message: "There was a problem with our server". I attached the message.
Can you tell me what to do in order to resolve that? I created a case, but until now I didn't receive an answer and I need that users in my group. The problem persists.
