Contact import from Outlook to SF should create an Account automatically

Hi, I would like to import a new contact from Outlook to Salesforce. That works fine. But I like to have the contact connected to an Accout, allways. How is it possible that this Account will be created automatically if it doesn't exist? Company Name Address etc. should be the same like the Contact?
