What kind of snapshot reporting can be recommended as best practices ?
Mobile Licences
Is it feasible to enable both in our org. (i.e enable Mobile Lite) while still having a specific set of users assigned to full Salesforce CRM mobile licences ?

There are no real documented best practices around the use of Analytic Snapshots but a couple of videos explaining some use cases I was able to locate:

As for using both Mobile Lite and Full Mobile it is perfectly feasible. Our company does this.
