
For example, a case initiated by one of our customers, pertaining to one of their customers, requres that we reply to all. We need to be able to communicate via email with both our customer and their customer (both are in Accounts) and possibly other partiies (like other vendors of our customer and/or their customer).
We are currently restricted to addressing emails to system users and related Account (singular account) records.
Is there a workaround, or is this a feature request for a future release?

Nik,
Email to Case Premium does have some interesting features, but it does not appear through the demo or the screen captures that the additional To: email fields are connected to the Account lookup, but rather, they still need to be manually entered. Am I wrong on this observation/assumption?
