When going to Setup > Build > Create > Workflows & Approvals > Flows in Winter 16, I'm seeing some oddities in the tables below.
The column heading to the right of "Last Modified By" and the column heading to the right of "Flow Version" seem to be outputting unrendered HTML. Anyone else see this?

Ryan, this is odd. Try logging a case with salesforce to report this.
Like you said you are seeing this in winter'16, that might be the issue.
