Does anyone know of a way to track tuition payments while showing the amount still owed? We currently have payment installments set up in the TicketHub, which is great, however there isn't a way that we have found yet to see how much is still owed out of the total due, aside from just going to the account page and adding them up. We looked at setting tuition up as pledges instead, but it doesn't really work either. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
@Jenny SLO Symophony Hi Jenny, I just came across your post and we are also wondering the same thing. We're going to have our payments come in through Form Assembly as opportunities but are wondering what is the best way to track the tuition that has come in vs. what is the remaining balance. My first thought was to add the opportunities to a campaign so that they're in the same spot but that doesn't resolve the remaining balance challenge. I'm curious to see what solution your org ended up using. Thank you!
