I'm sure that someone at some point of time had already answered this question, but I am struggling with finding the right answer, so please be patient :)

A set of my users is trying to use mass-email feature and send those along with PDF, PPT, and Word attachments to members of certain Campaigns from our Salesforce instance.  Naturally, those are being sent as links  as per the following reference (https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=email_mass_notes.htm&language=en_US) but having these available for only 30 days is not an option. They need to be available for both the recipients and senders without any time limitation for auditing and historical purposes.  There's a number of third party tools out there but I'm looking for something simpler, more elegant and something that won't involve a contract or a third-party tool implementation.  Perhaps a solution using one of the new file features that I'm not aware of :)

If this is not the appropriate group to address this concern please let me know, otherwise, I promise to buy beer during the next Dreamforce to the first person who can provide me with something fruitful! :)
