See my Trailhead Profile

Stay on top of every new release, since each release provides more tools to make you stronger at your job.
How do you use Trailhead at work?
I first learned about Trailhead from the Salesforce Evangelist team. I stick with Trailhead because it is written by real experts, and is very easy to use. Since the level of technical content is so deep and high-quality, Trailhead is now a part of my company’s onboarding journey. It is almost a requirement for our team. The new developers must have a certain number of badges before the end of their probation period. This shows their engagement and willingness to learn.
How do you stay motivated to continue learning?
If you’re not keeping up with the latest technologies, you will become obsolete. Salesforce users should stay on top of every new release, since each release provides more tools to make you stronger at your job.
Which non-technical trails do you recommend?
I highly recommend the business-related modules, such as the Manage the Salesforce Way trail. This content gives you a good overview of the Salesforce culture which is very interesting to learn and try to replicate at your organization.
If you could master one skill, what would it be?
Just one? I hope to learn more about security and Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning.
What is your next Trailhead goal?
My next goal is to earn my Apex Specialist Superbadge which is still in progress at the time of this interview. Superbadges require a lot of time to complete and can really testify to your level of knowledge on the technology.

It’s time to start your own story.
