I want to confirm if the condition NAME OF COLUMNS actually picks up the API name or Field Name OR label?

Hi Guys, 

I'm looking to understand how you best convert Shield Event Monitoring and Exception Logging to drive alerts and notifications to kick off Incident Management processes?

In this particular case use, service Now is being used to integrate directly using APIs and is also able to create incidents from emails sent to specific email inboxes. 

Keen to be able to create an incident for things like (but not limited to):

• Event monitoring for key business transactions shows variation outside of thresholds (e.g. key processes start failing/running x seconds longer than average)
• Getting close to exceeding or exceeding platform governing limits
• Exception logs created in Salesforce (for exceptions we consider primary exceptions)
• Scheduled jobs exceeding a defined maximum run time/errors during scheduled job

Have anyone used Shield Event Monitoring on a Lightning Web Component?

We have a custom LWC and we've enabled Shield Event Monitoring in the org a few days ago. We wanted to find out, whether the act of rendering the component is being tracked by it. The component imports a method from our managed package, and the managed method performs an http callout request to an external API. The component works fine.

We have now looked through the Event Logs in our org, and came to the following observations:

1) The act of rendering/viewing the component is NOT being tracked by Shield.

2) But even the external API callouts that the component performs every time it's rendered are nowhere to be seen in the log files (and we've looked through all of them, except the 2 which are related to logins and logouts).

Does anyone have a similar experience?
