I'm enrolled in the Partner Learning Camp course "Agentforce Implementation Ready: Agent Development Cycle" (self-enrolled). The "Agentforce Implementation Ready: Agent Development Cycle" media module and the "Congratulations!" task both show Completed. However, the "Welcome!" task list is still In Progress, even though I acknowledged the learning objectives and clicked Continue. I've refreshed the page and tried another browser with the same result. Could you please update the task status so the course shows as fully completed? Screenshot attached.

    Hi @Abdul Rahaman Shaik

This looks like a Partner Learning Camp tracking/sync issue rather than a problem with the course itself.

Since the main module and the Congratulations task are already completed, I would suggest waiting up to 48–72 hours, as PLC completion statuses can sometimes update in batches.

If the Welcome task is still showing In Progress after that, raise a Salesforce Help case and include the course name, screenshot, and your completion details.

For Partner Learning Camp issues, Salesforce recommends creating a case under Partner Program & Benefits → Partner Benefits & Provisioning.

    Thank You,

    Venkat Yadav.

Hi all!

Since Monday (Winter '21 Release) we have been experiencing a generic error on the SF platform. The error message is: "Internal Salesforce.com Error". We are getting this error when we call the method:

FSL.ScheduleService.schedule (policy, serviceId)

We currently call this method in a batch (Plc_FSLScheduleEngageBtc ) with chunk size = 1 and get the following error upon its execution (see attachment). ù

The problem occurs not only when we call the method from batch, but also from execute anonymous

if you want to replicate the case, run this code in execute anonymous:

FSL.ScheduleService.schedule('policyId', 'serviceId'); or execute the batch Plc_FSLScheduleEngageBtc

We already open a SFDC Case but we want to know if anybody has been experiencing the same error. Thank you so much!

Hey @Luca Miglioli I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing this as of yet so I believe you are going down the appropriate path with Salesforce Support so they can help diagnose further.
