New Referral Assignment Rule - Object dropdown is empty (Agentforce for Financial Services / FSC)

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up Intelligent Referral Management in Financial Services Cloud for a demo.

I've created a Referral Intake Configuration successfully and I'm now creating a New Assignment Rule. However, under Configure → Rule Criteria, the Object dropdown is completely empty. I can't select Referral, Account, PartyProfile, or any other object.

I checked the ReferralDefaultContextDefinition under Context Definitions. It is Active, and its Structure contains:

  •  Referral
  •  PartyProfile
  •  Account

The description also states that it exposes these objects for Referral assignment rules.

For permissions, my user already has both:

  • Context Service Admin
  • Referral Management Admin assigned.

Has anyone encountered this issue where the

Object dropdown in New Referral Assignment Rule window is completely empty?

    Is there any additional

permission, feature setting, context configuration, or prerequisite required for the objects to appear in the assignment-rule criteria builder?

I'm using the pre-release FSC trail org.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Sandip Patel, Thanks for the suggestion.

I checked the ReferralDefaultContextDefinition and it is already Active. Since this is the standard/OOTB context definition, I only see Extend and Clone as available actions.

Hi , Thanks for the suggestion. I checked the ReferralDefaultContextDefinition and it is already Active.image.png

I'm wondering where I can check whether the context definition is

published/deployed/republished. If those are already correct, this may be related to feature provisioning in the pre-release org. I'll update the thread once I have more information.
