I just learned that Google Sheets connects directly with Salesforce!!! 

In practice, I just downloaded a report in Sheets (in like 3 seconds), found some records I wanted to update, mapped the ID and DONE! 

Chat, Collaborate, Comment, Filter, Historical Tracking, etc etc. It's Google Sheets + Salesforce!

Hello, trailblazers.

I was wondering if any of you uses an OCR (Optical character recognition) App on the platform. Specifically I was thinking of scanning POD and BOL, and map them to Salesforce object
