Im customizing an oauth web data connector 3.0 so I can pull data from a graphql endpoint. Has anyone attempted to do this before? I keep getting a 405 Method not allowed error even though my code indicates "POST"

The 405 error is interesting because the request is already showing as POST. I’d check the endpoint configuration and whether the connector is actually sending the method you expect. Hopefully someone who has worked with the GraphQL setup can share the exact configuration.
