We are unable to grant the "Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps" permission to users with the standard System Administrator profile (License: Salesforce). When attempting to assign this permission via a Permission Set, we encounter the error shown in the attached screenshot.
Additionally, on the System Administrator profile detail page, this permission does not appear at all (similar to features not available under the license).
This issue currently occurs only in Sandbox environments. It does not occur in the Production org from which these Sandboxes were derived. In Production, we have confirmed that the permission is automatically added to the System Administrator profile with Salesforce updates.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

- Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps is a system-managed permission.
It’s auto-added by Salesforce in Production, but can’t be assigned manually in Sandbox, even for System Admin.
There’s no workaround.
Either refresh the sandbox from Production or wait for Salesforce to sync it.
