hi all, I need a dotted line on the red dots or when flag = 1.
Expectation : wherever red dot is there, we need a dotted / solid line that can partition it

@Vaishnavi Kilambi What is the reason that dates must be discrete? What you are requesting is a lot easier if you have a axis (continuous values). Since you mentioned dividing your plot, I used a band between your dots for one color and a pane color for the rest of the chart.
Another option would be to create two reference lines and color below and above those lines as needed.
