@Vaishnavi Kilambi If a customer came to you with four lines and some dots drawn on a piece of paper and said, "We need this, but with the dots on top of the lines!" that's kind of how much information you've given us to work with. You've also cropped out all of the useful information in your image.
As @Hideaki Shiihara has suggested, but I'll be more blunt, if you want an exact, specific solution to your problem, rather than saying things like, "Yes, that's kind of right, but I want it to be in my dataset using my fields", then you need to provide us with the workbook in which the problem exists. We're volunteering our own time, here, we don't have time to be creating your workbook for you from scratch.
