I understood from this link https://www.tableau.com/academic/student-certification that I can get a 20% discount for the Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification Exam until December 31, 2021.
However, when I tried to schedule for the exam, the discount voucher did not automatically apply.
I emailed certification@tableau.com two days ago, but I still haven't gotten a response yet.
Anyone else have the same problem?

If you're having issues accessing your discounted student certification, please email tft@tableau.com for help. Please wait 1-2 weeks for a response and you should be all set!
