Hello everyone! I face the following problem!
I have a worksheet in a dashboard in Tableau Server that looks like below.
When I go to Tableau server and download in crosstab, the respective data, I get the following excel.
The total values of X Count & Y Count are 0, but in my dashboards I do have values for those fields.
How can I face that issue?

@Menelaos Ampartzakis One troubleshooting step would be duplicate the viz as a crosstab in Tableau Desktop. This will mimic what you will see when downloading to Excel and may make it easier to understand why you're seeing this behavior.
I do find the behavior odd and without seeing the workbook, I can't really guess what the cause is.
