We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the technology department of IFS Financial Services (IFS), one of the key growth engines of Western & Southern Financial Group. With your help, we can continue to unlimit the possibilities!
What would I do?
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will leverage your technical skills to create visualizations, dashboards and reports that empower associates and enhance decision-making. You will develop a solid understanding of our business initiatives and establish relationships with all levels of associates, including senior executives. You will demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively and shift between business friendly or technical terminology when working with different teams. In this role you will also support customer relationship management (CRM) systems and manage relationships with vendors.
This is a great opportunity if you have exceptional technical experience with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, or other BI tools, and exposure to CRMs such as SalesPage and Salesforce. Excellent communication skills are required. Successful candidates will work independently, collaborate effectively, are familiar with agile/iterative development, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
