Tableau Mobile - Shapes - Icons not getting displayed in mobile app

Hi,

I have developed a dashboard with 3 views. I have used action filters to navigate between views. Layout is adjusted to fit for mobile. I have published this to tableau server.

In Tableau desktop and tableau server this works perfectly. But when i login using phone i am not able to see those icon/ shapes which triggers the navigation action filter.

Please help me with this issue.

Issue description:

Tableau server version: 2018.2.0

Tableau desktop version: 2019.1

Intent: Develop mobile dashboard. Home button and back button to navigate using dashboards.

Approach: I have used the method used in https://www.thedataschool.co.uk/niccolo-cirone/tableau-tip-week-wednesday-creating-dashboard-navigator-buttons/  to accomplish above action. I cannot use the button feature as my tableau server version is 2018.2

Status: Works well in

     i. Tableau desktop

     ii. Tableau server - In desktop and laptop

     Does not work when i log in using mobile. Not able to see those shapes/ icons, which trigger action filters

Tests: Tried to publish just that icon in a different sheet. Works well. Able to see that icon in a separate sheet in mobile as well

Data is sensitive, hence i have not uploaded the workbook.

Please help me with this issue.
