Can I create a dashboard in Tableau Public and then upload it to Tableau Server and then connect it to other data sources?

I would modify this slightly:
1. Tableau Desktop - This is where you develop a dashboard.
2. Tableau Server - This is where you upload your dashboard for others to view (or edit using the web editor).
3. Tableau Online - Also where you upload your dashboard for others to view (or edit using the web editor). But it's hosted on a Tableau maintained Server.
5. Tableau Public - Again, this is where you upload your dashboard for everyone to view. This is the only place you can save Tableau workbooks if you do not have a Desktop license. This is free for all.
