How to eliminate the Column

hi there,

I need to eliminate the below column which i Marked in attached screen shot. i'm attaching the work book as well.What ever the Name occurred or appeared in Occurrence Column  the same name should be populated on restoration as well.  i have tried but it was unsuccessful.Can some one help me.

    HI Suresh,

     

    I'm not sure I understand what you're asking.  Are you trying to eliminate the ROW you highlighted? If so, you can just right click on ID 620 and choose "hide".  If that's not what you're looking for, you'll need to provide a bit more information about what the problem is.  Thanks!
