Seems like if you change the hierarchy the expected field does not calculate new child amounts and then if you recreate the hierarchy it over calculates. I am pretty sure $2000 + $3700 do not add up to $7200. This happens every campaign. Very annoying. Any fixes yet?

I have tried changing amount in expected revenue in campaign field to trigger an update - does not work. I have tried removing then readding the sub campaign - does not work. HELP!!!

This issue often stems from a caching or asynchronous rollup delay within the hierarchy summary fields, where parent records fail to re-index immediately after structural changes. As a workaround, you could resolve persistent calculation discrepancies by writing a short scheduled Flow or Apex trigger to force a recalculation on parent campaigns whenever a child relationship changes. Alternatively, logging a support case with Salesforce is recommended to check for underlying known bugs related to rollup summary fields in your instance.
