Issue:
Since 24/09/2026 around 13:10, the gateway service fails with the following error:
"gateway_0.20233.23.1227.1336: Failed to reach requested state. Current state: INSTALL_FAILED
Error Message: com.tableausoftware.tabadmin.configuration.ports.UnableToFindAvailablePortException: The primary port for service gateway_0 was already registered on port 80 and cannot be remapped."

According to Tableau's official ports documentation (help.tableau.com/current/server/en-us/ports.htm), when contacting Tableau, it would be good to include the following:
- The exact error message quoted
- The time of occurrence (around 13:10 on September 24, 2026)
- The Tableau Server version/build (2023.3.1 / 20233.23.1227.1336)
- A note that this is a production outage
- The output from running tsm maintenance ziplogs in an environment where the TSM command line is available
