Hello, I am looking for Alerts feature on Scale Center product. As per the document Configure Alerts | Salesforce Help we should be able to subcribe to following alerts, but I cant access this feature. Wondering if this only for Signature Success Plan customer. Thanks

Scale Center is available at no additional cost for all Unlimited Edition (UE) Production and Full Copy sandbox orgs, as well as for customers with Signature Success Plans. Can you check email logs to see if there were any failures.
