Hi guys, Previously, Our agentforce service agent was sending the welcome message dynamically in enduselanguage. However, it has recently stopped doing so and now sends the welcome message only in English, regardless of the user’s selected language. Are there any alternative solution for this issue? Thank you for help.

We have been experiencing the same issue, end user language variable suddenly stopped being passed to Agentforce. Is there an alternative way to force this?
