Description:
We are experiencing an issue with our Salesforce API integration where authentication fails due to token-related behavior that appears inconsistent with our configuration.
Current Behavior:
- Our integration works initially after authentication.
- After some time, API calls start failing with authentication errors.
- We observed that the refresh token becomes invalid, requiring manual re-authentication.
Configuration:
- External Client App (Connected App equivalent)
- Refresh Token Policy: Valid until revoked
- IP Relaxation: Relaxed IP restrictions
Observed Error:
From backend logs, we are seeing: Token Expired
Business Impact:
- Breaks automated API integration
- Requires repeated manual re-authentication
- Impacts system reliability and dependent processes
