I keep getting the error messages below, and it keeps flipping back and forth saying that the field needs to be 'Read' or 'Read/Write'...the screenshots were taken 5 mins apart:
How can I complete the challenge successfully when it seems that the rule-check in the backgrounds is asking for 2 distinct outcomes on the same rule?

Make sure you did these four steps exactly.
Create a sharing rule to give recruiting users read access to each other’s Applicant records.
- From Setup, enter Sharing Settings in the Quick Find box, and select Sharing Settings.
- In the Manage sharing settings for: picklist, select Applicant.
- Under Applicant Sharing Rules, click New and complete the details. Label | Share Applicants Between RecruitersCopy Rule Type | Select: Based on record owner Applicant: owned by members of | Roles: Recruiter Share with | Roles: Recruiter Access Level | Read Only
- Click Save, and then click OK on the confirmation message.
