I am looking for the best/easiest option for Email to lead automation. We previously used Salesforce for outlook but stopped a few years ago when it was due to retire. We have a generic "sales" email account and I am looking to have any emails sent to that email address be "forwarded" or sent to salesforce to create a new lead. I have looked online but finding the right solution is not easy. Does Salesforce have a built in standard recommended solution?
