Difference between two meassures

i have one measure named transaction quantity

i have one measure named charging hours

I need to add a percentage calculated field in this way

(1-transaction_quantity/charging_hours)*100

i create one calculated field in this way (CALCULATED_FIELD_2)

{ FIXED [ID+NOMBRE]:SUM([Horas Trabajadas])}

i create another calculated field in this way (CALCULATED_FIELD_1)

{ FIXED [ID+NOMBRE]:SUM([Transaction Quantity])}

i create the third calculated field to add

1-CALCULATED_FIELD_1/CALCULATED_FIELD_2

is not working
