Convert WKT field containing Polygon to actual Polygon field

Hi,

I'm currently using 2018.1 and I'm connecting a MS sql DB that contains a TicketID and a string field containing PolygonCoordinates. How can I convert this string field to a geometric Polygon field?  I was hoping Tableau would recognize it as a geometry field.  I do not notice some lines have multi polygons but not sure if that impacts anything.
