I’m facing an issue where merge fields in the Email Builder are not working correctly. The email shows an error saying the merge fields are invalid.

Hi,I’m trying to use an Email Builder in Account Engagement, but I’m encountering an issue with merge fields that’s preventing me from sending the email.

When I build or test the email, I receive the following error message:I’ve verified that I’m using the standard merge field syntax (e.g., {{$organization.Street}}), and I’ve also tried using the alternative format ({!$organization.Country}) directly within the HTML body. However, the system still displays the same validation error.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue?
