Is there a way we can identify whether an email delivery was bounced/was unsuccessful via conga e-sign?

  Conga Sign doesn’t show bounced or failed email delivery statuses directly in the Transaction or Recipient records. However, Conga Sign’s REST API provides an EMAIL_BOUNCE notification event that indicates when an email fails to deliver. You can capture this event through a webhook or integration listener and update a custom field in Salesforce to track bounced emails. This is the only reliable way to identify unsuccessful email deliveries in Conga Sign.
