I'm trying to pull into an Activity report that include emails that are being synced over from Outlook. I see the activity at the account & have my activity report that includes 'emails' but in the report it only shows emails if 1) They are sent directly from Salesforce 2) I physically click the 'Log On Send' toggle w/in Outlook.
