Is a seperate tab meant to appear here for the second month send?
OR do i filter for the second send by using the date range in the actual report?
The reason i ask and am a bit confused is because when i select the date I sent the second month emails (27 August), it says 0 sends, however if i select 26 August, it shows there were 1556 sends. Is this because the dates in MC are US based? I am in Australia so trying to understand why the dates don't line up with my send dates?
#Marketing Cloud
Hi @Isabel A
Marketing Cloud does not automatically generate separate reports for each send. Instead, you need to adjust the date range in the same report to view data for specific sends. This allows you to filter and analyze the data for each send based on the selected timeframe.
The discrepancy in dates (e.g., 27 August showing 0 sends while 26 August shows 1556 sends) could be due to the server timezone settings in Marketing Cloud. Reports in Marketing Cloud are often generated based on the server's timezone, which might differ from your local timezone in Australia.1 This can cause a mismatch in the displayed send dates.
To view data for a specific send, you should filter the report using the date range that aligns with the server's timezone.
