How to deploy the LWC of a OmniScript or Flexcard via the SF CLI

I have recently switch to OmniStudio (from Vlocity Managed Package) and moved all the version control in the SF CLI standard. But when deploying OmniScript and FlexCard I noticed that the LWC were not deployed. I have to manually go into each component and click the Deploy Standard Runtime Compatible LWC button.   Previously with the vlocity CLI the LWC were deployed automatically.   Any inside on how to do this with SF CLI.
