We can't find the correct profile associated with the SDR Agent user.

I am completing the challenge of Create a User Record for Your Agent. I encounter the error which says cannot find the profile. I have reviewed my steps several times. Can anyone advise which steps are associated with this error and how I can resolve it? Thank you
