Is it possible to add a Team or a Business Gropu to a Client Application owners?

I'm trying to add a Team or a Business Group to a Client Application owner because I want to give access to a all Team members.

You can see attached image where I'm the owner of the application "Sample Client Apps Name". I want to add a Team to this Client Application to give access to all members.
