I am bit confused with the scenarios for when to choose for Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 for Operations , Dynamics CRM.
What is the difference between them and when to use which one

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations enables integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Web API, whereas Dynamics 365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector) enables integration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud API, so both are using separate APIs in the background. Even operations are also different:
Operations of Dynamics 365 Connector:
Create, Create Multiple, Delete, Delete Multiple, Disassociate, Do Action, Invoke, Retrieve, Retrieve Multiple, Retrieve Multiple By Query, Unauthorize, Update, Update Multiple
Operations of Dynamics 365 for Operations Connector:
Execute Operation,Import Data Recurring Job, Retrieve Multiple,Retrieve Multiple By Query, Unauthorize.
