I have a new install of Salesforce CLI and VS Code. When attempting to create a new project, I open the command palette and select SFDX: Create Project. At the pint, it does not give the next option but rather just displays the search bar. Any ideas as to what I may be missing.

This happens to me occasionally if VS Code hasn't "woken up" yet, typically if I wait a minute or so for all extensions to load properly then it will work on subsequent attempts
