Hello! I’m running into a deployment issue while pushing an experience site to a full sandbox using Gearset, and I’m hoping someone in the community can shed some light on what might be going wrong.

I’ve encountered the following error (or slight variations of it) multiple times:

Name: site/LWR_Advisor_Portal1.sfdc_cms__view/home

Metadata Type: DigitalExperience

Message: The component ac3f15c6-942f-439a-8c27-8c6e70e38d8b can't be included in the translation variant because it doesn't exist in the primary content.

A few notes:

  • This is an LWR site.
  • I get this error three times on three different pages and the component ID in the error varies, but it’s always referring to a CMS component.
  • I have used both change sets and Gearset to deploy between a dev org and a full sandbox.
  • When I've searched for the component's ID in Visual Studio I can only find them referenced on the mobile or tablet version of that page and they all look similar to this:Deployment Issue with LWR Experience Site: Error with CMS Component in Translation Variant

My colleague and I are unable to figure out what element in the builder this is referencing, so we haven't been able to change or delete it. I appreciate any guidance or tips anyone can offer!

Thanks,

Allyson

    @George Abboud

    Created a case, #471231229.

    Unfortunately I'm super duper busy this week and then off for the rest of the month, back on September 1st, but I've tagged few of my colleagues as co-conspirators on the case, I briefed them on what, who, when & why of the issue - and they're working in this same project, so.
