Hi, I was trying to automate the user management access by User access Policy. So from setup I enabled User access policies and enhanced interface for user access policies. Once done, I tried creating a new policy. So after entering the name, order no and description, I tried saving the same but then I am getting an error: 'entity type cannot be inserted: User Access Policy'. Please let me know what might have caused this issue. Thanks, Archana

I had this same issue and the solution was to add the permission "Manage User Access Policies" to my profile.
