We have created a Custom Action and set URL Target=popup and URL=/apex/c__VF1?q={!Id}. This custom action button will appear next to the product in QLE, so when the user clicks on it, a VF Page will pops up and user will be able to select the needed info in it and click on Done button. This is working as expected in Dev org. The same setup we have deployed to UAT and when user clicks on Custom Action button, we see error message. Please see attached error and suggest. In both orgs, we have same Remote Site Settings, Trusted Sites, Trusted Domains, CORS.

How does your 'Trusted Domains for Inline Frames' look like?
And did you try adding the following domains
- https://{myDomain}.my.salesforce.com
- https://{myDomain}.lightning.force.com
- https://{myDomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com
- https://{myDomain}.sandbox.vf.force.com
