On the 'Create Customized Page Layouts', I can't find the "Information section" for me to drag the Section below it, what am I missing please?

Thank you @Keiji Otsubo, while that wasn't the exact answer, it helped me go back to the page layout and look more closely at the sections and I finally saw what I was missing. It was there but I just couldn't see it. Thanks again.
