We are building a survey and using a matrix question but I am finding the first choice answer is in the same column as my question and concerned this answer may not be seen as one to select and that it will be missed out. Is there anything I can do with the formatting here to move it at all please?

I have added the question to the survey but in the preview and when completing the survey the question formats as shown in the picture.
Is there anything else I have missed?
