Hello, Salesforce community! I hope everyone is doing well.

I'm reaching out for some guidance on how to improve my journey with Salesforce.

I've been working as a Salesforce Developer since 2021. However, despite my 3 years of experience, I feel like my progress has been minimal, and I'm unsure how to move forward.

I’ve dedicated a lot of time to studying, yet it seems like I’m stuck in the same place. For context, my Trailhead account has 185,350 points and 129 badges, and I hold the Associate Certification. While I’ve learned a lot during these years, I still feel like I’m at a junior level, and my goal is to advance to a senior role within the platform.

My main focus is to become proficient in Apex and the administrative side of Salesforce. Additionally, I’m very interested in mastering Lightning Web Components (LWC) since I enjoy the front-end aspect of development.

If anyone has advice on how I can grow in my career and reach the next level, I would greatly appreciate it.
